I am making a pokemon game i wanted to know how to code a few things:

I have it to where u can control your pokemon. I want to add attacks for battle how would i code that.

Also how to make a pokemon evolve

No, it isn't. It's a bad source code of some Pokemon game. Why'd you go around linking those to newbies? They won't learn much good out of it, and we already have enough rips anyway, so no thank you.
