problem playing games on byond

Im using Byond 4.0 and everygame i try 2 play it doesnt log it i click the server and the lil box comes up and sits there for 10mins then says connection failed or server closed but it clearly shows other people logged in is it my account or what i tried this on mulitple games and got the same results all assistance will be helpful thanks

At a guess, your computer has a firewall that isn't letting the new version of BYOND connect to the Internet. Make sure your firewall's program access settings are up to date.
