ok i have a problem, when i go on a website or any program that involves the internet, atleast 20 internet explores pop up...IM GETTING SO MAD lol, i want to restore my computer but i dont have the disk does anyone know where i can get it for free???

this sounds like a popup trojan of some sort. make sure your anti-virus and anti-spam software is up-to-date and do thorough scans. you might also consider to scan while in safe mode (i'm guessing you are running windows) so that the trojan(s) can't hide so easily.

Ah hahaha. You're so blunt. I love it. :)

Anyway, check out Spybot - Search and Destroy for spyware problems and AVG Free for viruses. Install and run them both (but not at the same time) and see if your computer is doing any better.

i dont have internet explore, i only use firefox, but i got nortan antiviris, spysweeper, and ad aware SE and they all seem not to delete them all, like there will be like 20 infected files and only 12 will get deleted...is there a way to do it maunaly?

Have you tried running it in Safe Mode?

Also, another thing I find handy is if a particular piece just won't disappear with antivirus, just type in what kind of spyware/adware it's called into Google and look up manual removal instructions that way.

If you're REALLY desperate, I suppose someone could walk you through a registry cleaning with HijackThis, but I'm not very confident in doing that yet so ask me about it if you have no othre alternative (and if nobody else will offer to look through it for you).

when i run spy sweeper, nortan , and ad aware in safe mode it doesnt pick up the trojans, like i dont understand y i run it like 12 times in safe mode, and i still dont get it....but its cool i burned every thing i need on to a disk and im gonna restore it :)
