Well i need some crits, and help certain points such as the torso, legs, arms.

You have far too many ab muscles, his left hands are reversed, and you have lines going in places that make him look really awkward.

Your form is a biiiiiig issue here. Use this as a reference for human form:

That helped me kinda, but still stuck on some places, i'm still shading it o.o and i was bored so i scribbled over it with some logos, anyways it still missing some piece.
