I've noticed that when we rotate or flip icons in DM, they always spin or flip around their center. The thought is to introduce a pivot point that would let us decide where our icons rotate or flip from, to simplify the work involved in creating complicated animations.

Currently this is only achievable through translation, then performing the desire effects, but the introduction of these two variables would benefit this purpose.
