The word "code" is not singular; not in this context. I believe the phrase you're looking for is "some code", not "a code".

i found it annoying reading that too, but then i realized i write with terrible "net" grammer too. i think i might start to make my posts more legible.

I found it annoying too, but then I realized that I tend to type similar to that. I will attempt to use better grammer and spelling now.
