Delete usernames not logged into in 5+ years

Implementing this feature is not possible now or in the foreseeable future
It is pretty hard to get a good username here maybe all usernames that haven't been logged into in 5+ years could be deleted?

Not feasible. This could cause a whole lot of problems with permissions due to how keys work. It's been requested in the past and that's the answer we've received.
