Transferring Save Files

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way that I can transfer a save file from one server to another, without 'downloading and running my own game'? I hate losing my save files or waiting for a server to go up again! Thanks, all help is appreciated.

Only if the game author has made the savefiles save to your computer (in which case they will carry over between servers by themselves); or if the host has given you direct access to your savefile (so you can download it, upload it to a different host's server, download it from there again so you can upload it to the first host's server, and so on).

In other words, probably not.
