Been working more with the new icon system. I came up with a system that allowed me to do things I wanted to do a while ago using smaller turfs and normal sized icons (these become large icons because the icon filed is changed to something smaller). But an issue occurs as only the corner of the icon is the actual mob it is assigned too. What I'm looking for is an effective way to extend that mob's collision field to fill it's icon's overlays visual locations.
You'll need to maintain dummy objects under all the portions of the icon that the actual mob doesn't cover. http://www.byond.com/developer/Shadowdarke/BigAtom is am example of this.
