I believe it only applies in the first 90 days of employment (maybe even 30), so I don't think there are any devious ways to use it like that.
It's mostly for generic jobs like fast food anyway.

Oh, I have some ads placed out, and I got 12 e-mails so far, in which I have promptly explained to them that it was not a real job ad, and explained to them what just happened to me.
