Need help learning how to incorporate click and drag function

Problem description:

So I am learning how to use dream maker on a public source file and one of the bugs I've noticed is that the click and drag function does not work, It allows you to click and drag one icon to a hot bar but other than that first time, its a no go. If anyone is free to chat and could walk me through this, I would greatly appreciate it. Discord, whatsapp, email or whatever youre comfortable with. Still new to this and pretty much a visual learner. Thanks!

It sounds like the source you are using already hooks in to these functions and something related to the actions it is performing is stopping it from working further.

But I would suggest looking up the execution chain and looking for when maybe some variable is being set to determine that you are currently dragging something.

Then check to see if its not being unset at the end of the drag/drop.
