It is'nt allowing me to forward my port

I have tried the Link it gives me yet it does'nt work and i'm unsure why? Suggestions?

1st. Log into your router. Go into portforwarding and setup a port to host on.

2nd. Go to portforward.com and download a program which will make you IP static meaning that you can host.

Try hosting after this

Ok... I got the portforward done but i don't know how to make my IP static

Done it but it did nothing..

Under the Port Forward IP Changerer, go to your router. Make sure it's not Hamachi or some other [expletive deleted]. Click 'Make Static'. If you messed that up, no one can help you.
