What the crap? I sent about 27$ to my paypal account about two weeks ago, and still, my money isn't there! I'm pretty sure that it was to my paypal account I sent it to, so where is my money!? >: I guess I'll have to send them a mail or something...

You don't send money to a paypal account, you withdraw it from your linked bank account or credit card and it gets added to your paypal balance. <.<

It takes quiet a while to transfer money to your paypal. It is better if you just link your bank account so they take the funds out of your bank.
