Dragonball Finale - The worst game with the worst owner on BYOND
I reviewed this game 2 years ago hoping it could change, going back to the "good old days" exclaimed by the older players. Dragonball Finale is possibly the worst game on BYOND. The owner is certainly the worst on BYOND, whereas a ripper like Cyberlord would take more pride in his creation than he does.
Finale is one of the first roleplaying games on BYOND and the second roleplaying Dragonball Z game. Its gameplay includes gaining statistics such as offence, defence, strength and endurance by clicking the train verb, punching a punching bag or log, or the easy route leeching. They also have a stat called base, which basically defines your strength. The person with the highest base can be the strongest depending on their stats.
The "leeching" system involves two people attacking eachother. The weaker person in the sparring session would gain stats by leeching off of the person he is sparing. For example, if I had 20 base and fought with a person who had 1000000 base, I will gain his base in about 20 minutes. This renders the point of roleplaying useless now. It might aswell be a PvP game, but to note that would be heavily unbalanced.
The gameplay takes no skill what so ever. The person who finds the strongest person to spar with is the better person. Fighting is also idiotic, where a person can hold a macro attack and zanzoken attack them forever, until they block an attack which is unlikely. Going into detail with this idiotic gameplay seems pointless.
The presentation is very poor. A collection of dozens of different games pixel art and slapping it together in no correlation is very disgusting. A Bleach Las Noches tree on Rebirth turfs and tiles, makes you want to burst out laughing. It's like a mash up of Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Galaxy. Galaxy obviously noting a generations time gap.
The originality of this game is almost non existent now. Maybe 3 years ago. Other than that the game rules change every several days, contradicting its good aspects. The pixel art as I have said is a compile of other games art work, with only a couple of donated clothes items and edited Icons.
Overall I rate this game 1 for don't login. The game has been on a downward spiral since the Owner started distributing these things called "packages"

This is a race you can choose like Goku Jr or Vegeta Jr. They get a kind of Super Saiyan form very early without any other requirements, but in base form they are exactly the same as Humans. Now included with this is: Having Saiyan Elite always unlocked. Usually it is not unlocked because the game only lets 1 Elite be made for every 5 Saiyans online at that time, but with this it will always be unlocked."
Not only this but custom races have been bought for over 500$. He has made over 1000£ off of these packages.
