Dragon Ball has been ran into the ground almost as much as Pokemon has.

I think the best thing for Dragon Ball is to let it rip in pepperonis.

What about a race of Saiyan's, that had defected to another planet before Frieza destroyed their planet. They finally caught wind of the tales of Goku. And have come to investigate and see if Saiyans are really on Earth. Then your typical bad-guy type follows them to Earth and all hell breaks loose.

The voice actor's voices made my cringe for some reason.

Really? They were the highlight for me especially the high pitched one fit the role to a T. As for the animation itself not so much but to each their own I suppose.

I liked the story. It still made me cringe for both episodes. Shit art. Shit voices. Awesome story.
