Does anyone know anything large i can download that is good like 400mb+ becuase i have been given unlimited bandwith offpeak, which is damn sweet.

stock up all all the latest versions of Linux distros! :p
they go for around 600-700MB on average (per CD) :) |

well duh- that's why you use *data* CDs for data (or MP3s, which hold far more songs than a plain music CD does), and music CDs for music.
besides downloading linux gives you better access to great music-CD ripping software, or creating your own custom music or MP3 CDs. |

Nah, nero 6 is just fine.
And not only that, i don't have the money to buy two different types of CDs, Mr.Rich. |

There is no certain kind of CD. You can use Data, audio and MP3 on the same kind of disk.

While I believe this is irrelevant for computer based CD burners, if you have a stand alone, stero component burner, you can only burn music onto CDs marked 'Music'. That's really the only thing fast connections are for. :D
