The past few days a women has been going to different Zellers across the area and buying Tv's with a stolen Hbc credit card. There was a glitch in the system that didn't pick up on the card being stolen till yesterday.

I guess she would buy 2 Tv's, head to another Zellers store and return one for $ then buy 2 more. As I said, we found out about it after she came in yesterday and bought a Tv. The cops were called and waited for her. She never showed.

Today around 2pm, She was back. She came to electronics and this time we were waiting for her. Cops showed up in minutes, she was handcuffed infront of alot of people and escorted out to the police car.

Funny thing is......THE OTHER DAY I HELPED THE CRIMINAL CARRY OUT A TV. My supervisors and I had a good laugh about that.

Edit: Oh and she is getting alot of fines and most likely 1 year in jail for theft over 5k
Sounds like an eventful event after a long day of tedious work.

Bet they'll be looking into their systems neh?
Only 1 year? The Canadian legal system is wwaayy lenient.

You get a lot more for Grand Theft here.
This is only what the security gaurd told me after he got back from the station.

Hell, she could get more time or less time.

But yeah, in the states you would be facing like 2+ yrs in jail.
