So a friend of mine tried to launch Eternia for their first game on byond only to receive a bleed effect and massive lag issues on their end after looking for hours for a solution I have no idea how to fix it any ideas?.

From what I understand it isn't just eternia but also any byond game hence why I posted this here :P but I will ask their discord.
