Are you also disabling/adding an exception on the windows firewall? it may of been turned on after you shutdown norton.
Also you may have this bug http://www.byond.com/developer/ forum/?id=656476&view=0#656476 try updating to BYOND Version 425.994. |
Yea i think i got the bug you posted there cause i updated to 425 and still didnt work. Ive never tried a rapid login/logout session tho. But my brothers and sister are always on my computer so i think one of them did it to me
Now how can i fix it |
Please post the version number you first saw this problem in, and any subsequent updates. One reason I ask people to post the version number is because "current" or "latest" is meaningless later on. Also, some people think they have the most recent version but don't.
Also, for future reference, HP Pavilion is a type of computer, not an operating system. The operating system would be something like Windows XP, Vista, or maybe something like Linux, etc. Lummox JR |
G'day DragonWarrior12.
You haven't provided enough information/ignored the forum template and as a result of this, we are unable to help you. In order to be of any real assistance, we need to know as much detailed information about your computer system as possible. Please consult All about the BYOND Help Forum if you are unsure on how to fill out any of the template fields. Once you are sure you have enough information, please reply to this post with all the information you can. From there, we'll see if we'll be able to help you solve your problem. Additional: Please read Configuring Windows Firewall to allow BYOND (Windows XP only) if you're using Windows XP. Thanks Much. Tiberath |

It could be your firewall blocking connection to the hub make BYOND an exception on your firewall.
Thanks You.
