Yeah. I decided against using drag and drop about an hour ago. I'm gonna tak some parts from one of my old site and build a new one. Though I'm not gonna make the site to graphical. Well I got to get coding. In all hopes I'll have the site up within a few days. I'll post link when I got the site running. Considering I don't have to much spare time on my hands I'm not gonna go with anything to great. I'd rather the site be more content filled than relying on a great looking site.

Wrong, it "expires" after 4 YEARS, and that's just because they don't want you using out of date software, you can get an upgrade for free, they ask for donations, but it's not required. Not donating doesn't hurt the program in any way.
