No, learning from NE is a very bad idea.

I recommend this:

Look up winset() in the skin reference.

so then i think this is a bad moment to ask but could you give me the ne source? or at least some excerpts with the fullscreen mode and the pop up windows? i dont know how they made it so lagless... whenever i try a fullscreen game its lagging 24/7... i wont release the source or be a "ripper" since i hate stuff like that, just want to learn from the source D:
