I just finished watching the SGA series finale on SciFi channel, at 9:00 PM GMT-8:00 Pacific Time. I thought it could have gone better. Atleast it should've explained what happened after Atlantis landed on Earth. Did Ronen or Tayla ever leave Atlantis and "explore" Earth? Did anyone ever actually set foot on Earth land?


So, for those of you who saw it, what was your opinion?

(Forgive me for being terribly obsessed with Stargate, I'm a SciFiGi/Stargate maniac.)

Kudos for the tribute to the late Don S. Davis, but I didn't like the finale. It looked like it was dressed up with fan service, but it didn't touch any of the plot lines. I wouldn't have minded leaving the Asgard or Replicators as lose ends, but they couldn't even resolve the Wraith conflict?! All of that messing around in another galaxy and then they just go home. Pfft.

They do plan to have DVD releases for Atlantis just like SG-1 did.
